“I love using velvet in our projects as an accent texture on occasional pieces like armchairs, benches and stools. It adds a lovely tactile feel to the room. I usually prefer a cotton velvet with a short and non-directional pile. This texture is a little less shiny than others and it is more practical as it doesn’t bruise as much.”
